(Located just on the outskirts of Indianapolis proper near Geist Reservoir.
) We are looking for someone who is positive, confident, compassionate, resilient, and outgoing.
You will be the first point of contact who all patients who walk through our doors and who call our phones.
If you are someone who loves interacting with others and meeting new people, can think quick on your feet to learn and adapt, and is ready to become a part of a great team and business, we encourage you to apply! Previous experience in the dental field is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate for our practice.
Confidence in speaking with others, ability to learn new technology and processes, thinking independently and with a team to solve problems, and being a quick learner are essential.

The perfect candidate will be able to:
Greet and assist all visitors and callers with a smile and a can-do attitude of customer service Communicate effectively over phone, email, and in person Assist new and existing patients with scheduling and completing their dental care Be able to prioritize tasks and coordinate tasks with other team members Coordinate financial plans and work through financial options to schedule patients effectively Office hours are as follows, with an hour lunch each day:

8 am - 5 pm W:
