We are seeking a skilled and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team.
As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a dental office setting.

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using our dental office software system - Verify patient insurance coverage and assist with billing inquiries - Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information - Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures - Collect payments and provide receipts - Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth patient flow - Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality - Handle patient inquiries and provide information about dental procedures, treatments, and post-operative care - Assist with general administrative tasks as needed Skills:
- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or Medical Receptionist preferred - Familiarity with dental office systems and phone systems is a plus - Knowledge of medical administrative support functions is beneficial - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficient computer skills Join our team as a Dental Receptionist and contribute to providing exceptional dental care to our patients.
