Southwark Metal Manufacturing has been a leading manufacturing company specializing in the production of high-quality prefabricated sheet metal ducts and fittings for 77 years.

What you'll be doing:
Assist with recruiting - managing Facebook account, setting up job fairs, filtering resumes, phone screening applicants.
Assists with new hire orientation.
Be a Safety Ambassador - promote safety through scheduling, coordinating, and tracking training.
Check and maintain safety protocols for facility (fire extinguishers, first aid, etc.
).
Assist with report generation, keeping up to date reports available for management.
Backup Human Resources and Customer Service when needed.
Provides clerical support to the HR Department, Office Manager, and Customer Service.
Helps monitor incoming phone calls with a positive customer service experience.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, and employee recognition events.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What we need:
Experience with Microsoft Office suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Must be able to maintain confidentiality of all employee information and adhere to all HIPAA related policies and procedures A Positive Attitude A willingness to help where needed Bilingual a plus Great Benefits include:
