Accounts Payable
Responsibilities:
Perform full-cycle A/P.
Help with internal and external audits as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes and controls accurately and on time.
Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling.
Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents.
Perform special projects as assigned.
Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases.
Solid understanding of Accounts Payable role preferred.
Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement.
Accounts Receivable
Responsibilities:
Daily invoicing for customer accounts.
Posting customer payments on account (checks, wires & ACHs).
Set up new customers in system.
Working with customer to answer any questions on account and researching/reconciling any discrepancies.
Creating and updating an aging report.
Reviewing the aging report and following up on past due accounts.
Administrative duties as needed.
Human Resource
Responsibilities:
Assist HR Manager with Benefits Administration.
Assist HR Manager with audits, reviews, and filing.
Assist HR Manager with communications to employees.
Qualifications:

years of previous Accounts Receivable /Accounts Payable experience is preferred Must be motivated and self-driven Organization and communication skills are a must Strong data entry and Excel skills are required Job Type:
