$50,000/year Position Overview:
The Customer Experience Coordinator is responsible for helping to develop, strengthen, and maintain direct customer relationships across Secured Tech Solutions.
This may include, but is not limited to, assisting existing customers with orders, tickets, and service questions; cross-selling existing customers into new verticals; helping to qualify incoming sales leads; and ensuring customer service is at the forefront of everything we do, at all times, to maintain STS's stellar record of customer retention and satisfaction.
The individual in this position would ideally live in central Indiana and be able to commute to the Fortville office and/or the McCordsville Annex 1-2 days per week.
The Customer Experience Coordinator will work heavily within the company's CRM and reports directly to the Customer Experience Manager.
This position will also coordinate directly with the Director of ITAD & Recycling, Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager, and President.
Overview of
Responsibilities:
? Closely monitor emails ? Assist in executing the full STS sales process, with a focus on buyback and recycling solutions ? Respond to incoming sales leads regarding recycling and buyback business, partner leads, and other miscellaneous needs ? Source pricing from vendors and create contacts, deals, sales quotes, etc.
within the HubSpot CRM ? Recruit new recycling customers and schedule recycling pickups ? Manage recycling drivers' schedules, routes, and record keeping ? Move and manage deals within CRM to ensure accurate records and timelines for reports ? Produce and send data destruction reports to customers ? Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to solve problems and increase efficiency ? Create, manage, and help resolve service tickets within the HubSpot CRM ? Help refine existing processes via idea-sharing, cross-team collaboration, and trainings ? Work alongside other Customer Experience Team members to benefit the team and STS as a whole ? Work to broaden partnerships with existing customers, distributors, and vendors ? Participate in team discussions, bi-weekly team meetings, and as needed on collaborative projects ? Provide exemplary front-line customer/partner service with prompt, clear, and accurate communication ? Assist in managing phonelines ? Assist in managing the shared email protected email inbox and the itad@securedtechsolutions email inbox ? Assist Customer Experience Manager in keeping HubSpot CRM organized and up-to-date ? May include working on workflows and automations, data collection, deal and ticket pipelines, etc.
