Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARYThe Customer Care Representative (J/C) works in support of the store management team to facilitate the completion of all store level tasks and performs a variety of tasks related to different areas of the store including Stocking cooler and shelves, customer service, general housekeeping (both inside and outside the store) and other related functions.
The CCR ensures an exceptional customer experience that supports our vision to be the first choice in food and convenience.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES1.
Greet customers and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.
Respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
2.
Support and follow all safety and security initiatives.
3.
Ensure the proper execution of assigned foodservice procedures for cleaning and stocking.
4.
Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures and practices.
5.
Ensure the proper execution of all assigned store level marketing programs.
6.
Complete all store housekeeping functions (i.
e.
, cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.
) both inside and outside the Store Location.
7.
Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions at all times in the cooler and shelving.
8.
Communicate with the management team regarding customer requests and vendor-related concerns.
9.
Check in external and internal vendors according to corporate procedures.
10.
Complete other tasks as assigned by store management.
11.
Full Service Fueling responsibilitiesREQUIRED FUNCTIONS1.
Exceptional customer service by providing pleasant greeting and parting remarks and make eye contact with customers2.
Superior relationship building skills3.
Highly effective communicationBASIC QUALIFICATIONS1.
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds2.
High School Diploma or GED3.
Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for this position4.
Reliable transportation5.
ServSafe Certification (To be provided)6.
Underground Storage Tank Training (To be provided)Available shifts and compensation:
We have available shifts all days of the week.
Compensation is $15.
00/hour.
